Dear Councillors,  

You are hereby summoned to the meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 23 March 2020, at 7.30pm in the Village Hall, Donington-on-Bain. The Business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.  

There will be a public forum for a maximum of 10 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

A maximum further 10 minutes in total will be set aside for the meeting to receive short reports or updates of the Police, elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council, on matters pertaining to the parish only.

  2. To approve as a correct record, the notes of the meeting of the Council held on 24 February 2020 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
