ANNUAL MEETING WITH PARISHIONERS

MONDAY 22 MAY 2023 – 7PM

DONINGTON ON BAIN VILLAGE HALL

This is your opportunity to see what has been going on in your Parish and to have an input into future expenditure. So come along and take part in the meeting. Your opinions matter!!!

Speeding in the village will be a focus of the meeting.

1. To adopt the minutes of the meeting 30 May 2022.

2. To receive Chairman’s report 2022/23. This will include an update on the refurbishment of the MUGA and the grant funding application.

3. To receive Responsible Financial Officers Report 2022/23.

4. To outline proposals to address speeding in the village. Speeding has been raised as a issue in the village for a several years. A number of parishioners have volunteered to organise a speed gun project. More volunteers will be needed. Please come along to the meeting and give your support.
