Dear Councillors,
You are hereby summoned to attend the ANNUAL meeting of Donington on Bain Parish Council to be held on Monday 22 May 2023 after the annual meeting with Parishioners. This is expected to commence at approximately 7.30 pm in the village Hall
There will be a public forum for a maximum of 5 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

Agenda
1. Election of Chair of the Parish Council and signing of the Declaration of Acceptance of Office as Chair
2. Election of Vice Chair of the Parish Council
Suspend the meeting to allow a period of public participation/forum (if applicable) and resume the parish council meeting after the public participation/forum.
3. Co-option of Councillors
Parishioners interested in being co-opted onto the Parish Council to read a short statement on why they are interested in becoming a councillor. The council will decide on co-option in closed session at the end of the meeting.
4. Apologies with reasons for absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
5. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
6. To approve as a correct record, the notes of the meeting of the Council held on Monday 24 April 2023 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
