Dear Councillors,  

You are hereby summoned to the meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 25th February 2019, at 7.30pm in the Village Hall, Donington-on-Bain. The Business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda.  

There will be a public forum for a maximum of 10 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

A maximum further 10 minutes in total will be set aside for the meeting to receive short reports or updates of the Police, elected Members of Lincolnshire County Council and East Lindsey District Council, on matters pertaining to the parish only.

  • To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
  1. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
  2. To approve as a correct record, the notes of the meeting of the Council held on 28th January 2019 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
