You are hereby summoned to the meeting of the Parish Council to be held on Monday 20th May 2019, following on directly after the Annual Parish Meeting, in the Village Hall, Donington-on-Bain. The Business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda. 

Please note members of the public are welcome, for the duration of the Council Meeting, but are not invited to participate.

  2. To receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office of Chairman of Donington on Bain Parish Council 2019/20.
  3. To Elect Vice-Chairman of Donington on Bain Parish Council and to receive the Declaration of Acceptance of Office of Chairman of Donington on Bain Parish Council 2019/20.
  4. Apologies with reasons for absence and accept apologies where valid reasons, given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
  5. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
  6. To approve as a correct record, the notes of the meeting of the Council held on 29th April 2019 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.
