You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of Donington on Bain Parish Council to be held on Tuesday 5 November 2024 at 8pm.
There will be a public forum for a maximum of 5 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council.

To agree to co-opt parishioners onto the parish council.
4. Apologies with reasons for absence
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
5. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written requests for dispensation.
6. To approve as a correct record, the notes of the meeting of the Council held on Tuesday 8 October 2024 and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

Section 73 application to vary condition no. 2 (approved plans) as previously imposed on planning permission reference N/042/02304/23 for the siting of 3no. holiday lodges, erection of a double garage and erection of a detached building with the existing outbuilding which is to be demolished.
